She had siblings Gladys Myrtle Madgwick, Ivy May Madgwick, William Henry Madgwick, Mavis Phyllis Madgwick, and Harold George Madgwick. She married Thomas Farmer Turner in 1925, and had a child Harold Thomas Turner. Doris Turner died at age 77 years old on July 9, 1979 in Fairfield.
