The following obituary was published in The Beaufort Gazette (Beaufort South Carolina) on 15 Oct 2010, Fri on page 4 Donna Brewer Malphrus Donna Brewer Malphrus 56, of Bluffton, S.C., died Wednesday, October 13, 2020, at her residence after a long illness. She was born in Salisbury, N.C., a daughter of the late Lawrence Bishop and Gladys Peacock Scott. She is predeceased by her husband, John "Johnny" G. Malphrus of Ridgeland, S.C., two brothers, Bill and Bob Scott. Donna is survived by her daughter, Alicia Brewer Graham of Bluffton, S.C.; one sister, Bonnie Burke of Bluffton, S.C.; two grandchildren Megan Lee Grahan and Jeremy Lee Grahahm, Jr. "Bubba", both of Hardeeville, S.C. She was a great daughter, mother, sister, and grandmother and will be sadly missed by her family. Copeland Funeral Service is assisting the family.
