Domenico Thomas "Tommy" Laurenzo's father was Giacchino Laurenzo (1875 - 1954), born in Italy, and his mother was Giovannina "Jennie" DiFusco (1884 - 1969), also born in Italy. He had siblings Ernesto Alexander, Vincenzo "James", Olindo Luca "William", Elvira, and Paolina "Pauline" Laurenzo. When Tommy was age 11, he was living on Webster Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island, with his parents and siblings William Elvira, and Pauline. Dad was a laborer for the City parks. William, Elvira, and Pauline worked in a jewelry shop. When he was 22, Tommy was living in Providence, Rhode Island, where he was born. He wasn't employed and was living with his mother. He was 5 feet 7.5 inches tall and weighed 163 pounds. He had brown eyes, black hair, and a "light" complexion. Tommy married Maria Ninfa "Mama Ninfa" Rodriguez (1924 - 2001) on September 22, 1946 in Harlingen Texas. They had 5 children. He was a veteran of World War II.
