Dixie L (Karnes) Hamby of Pekin, Tazewell County, IL was born on September 17, 1941 to Helen Pearl Turner Karnes and Clarence Lee Karnes. She had a brother Terry Richard Karnes. She was the mother of Terri Lynn Kitchell Crowley, Jacqueline Sue Kitchell, Robin Renee' Kitchell Kruzan, Larry Kevin Rynearson, and Kelly Ann Rynearson Kerstetter. Dixie Hamby died at age 58 years old on December 8, 1999.
