He married Donna Lee Walton in 1976 in Bensalem, Bucks County, and they were married until Donna's death on August 4, 2009 in Levittown. Dale Walton has children Heather Marie Walton, Michelle Lynn Dooley, and Dale Robert Walton Jr..
