Add Memories, Stories & Photos about Cyrus

Good cop good uncle,
My uncle Cy was driving down the road, we had gone to pick up some stuff to work on the house. I was about six at the time. Uncle Cy, spotted something that a six year old would not notice. A man and women on the corner in distress. He pulled the car over and asked what was wrong. The couple spoke Spanish, but my Uncle pointed to the back seat. They climbed in and i saw the little girl in her mothers arms. The child and a cut wrist and the father was holding a a piece of cloth stemming the flow of blood. Uncle Cy, drove to the nearest hospital. When we got home he never told anyone about it i had no idea what a hero he was at that age. And it was years after he was gone that i told his children David and Stephanie what they never knew about their dad.
I loved that man more than most would ever know.
