Constance Rigby (Bidmeade) Paez was born in 1902 to Sarah Graham (Sloan) Bidmeade and Graham Rigby Bidmeade, and had siblings Kenneth Graham Bidmeade, Doris Eileen (Bidmeade) Parker, and Major Godfrey Bidmeade. She was in a relationship with Raphael Paez, and had children Ralph Graham Paez and Marie (Paez) Redpath. Constance Paez died at age 49 years old on October 3, 1952 in South Melbourne, Port Phillip City County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Fawkner Memorial Park 1187 Sydney Rd, in Fawkner, Moreland City County.
