Clara Lillian (McGorlick) McAlley was born in 1897 to John McGorlick and Elizabeth (Fillery) McGorlick, and had siblings Mildred (McGorlick) Barr Utting, Thomas Patrick McGorlick, Albert Ike McGorlick, John McGorlick, Patrick William McGorlick, Eileen (McGorlick) Nagle, and Rose (McGorlick) Mason. Clara McAlley married William McAlley, and died at age 72 years old in 1969.
