Christian T. Selway Loving Son Freehold Township resident Christian Thomas Selway, formerly of Sea Girt, died Tuesday, August 29 in his home. He was 17 years old. Born in Chula Vista, California, Christian lived in Seat Girt before moving to Freehold Township 17 months ago. He attended Collier School Wickatunk, Marlboro, and was to enter his senior year at Freehold High School in this month. Surviving are his father, Christopher Selway, Point Pleasant; his paternal grandmother, Geraldine Lee, Lakewood; his adoptive parents, with whom he lived, Anupam and Rumu Dasgupta, Freehold Township; two brothers, Carlos Selway and Joyce Dasgupta; two sisters, Rupa and Ria Dasgupta; and a friend Dorothy DiMambro. Funeral arrangements were from the O'Brien Funeral Home, Wall Township. Contributions in Christian's memory may be made to the Elks Handicapped Children's Fund, c/o Manasquan BPOE No. 2534, Stockton Lake Boulevard, Manasquan, 0876. _ The Coast Star (Manasquan, New Jersey) Thursday, September 7, 2000 on page 38.
