Charles Cauthen was a wonderful young man, husband, friend, and a father of 2 little girls and one unborn son taken to soon in his life by cancer at age 32. His wife, louise, was his soulmate and best friend. They were each other's love of their lives. She buried him, in lancaster county, sc, almost exactly 1 month before giving birth to their son, Charles Cauthen jr. Charles jr looks, talks , acts and even signs his name exactly like his father, even though the good LORD took him before a chance to ever meet him. He was a lancaster fireman and I know he volunteered a lot of different services helping others. He had a sister name Grace. I don't know much about his Cauthen side of the family. I would have been his granddaughter Born from his daughter, Cindy. If you know anything about Charles Marion Cauthen who died in 1968 in lancaster sc, I would live to hear from ya.
