He had siblings Andrew Jackson Kisor, Earnest Clayton Kisor, Anthony Frederick Kisor, Benjamin Franklin Kisor, William Edward Kisor, and Margaret Kisor. He married Ella Kisor, and had children Andrew Calvin Kisor, Charles Franklin Kisor, Rhoda Kisor, and Raymond E. Kisor. Charles Kisor died at age 65 years old on March 19, 1938.
