Charles Henry Barrett was born to Simeon Allen Barrett (1882-1969) and Emily Bates (1883-1966), and had brothers George Allen (1904-1983), Robert Roy (1908-1948), Herbert Irwin (1913-1999), James Elmer (1917-1986), Frederick Earle (1919-2008), Fred (born 1920) and Ethel Mae Barrett (1923-1985). He also had four half siblings. He was married three times - his first time, his wife died, the second time he was divorced, the third time, he passed way. He married Anna Boespflug (1906-1933) on June 22nd 1927 in Missoula Montana and they had a child Charles Henry Barrett Jr., then he married Marguerite Ethel Carrigan (1902-1983) on April 21st 1935 in Ravalli Montana and they had a daughter Gail Marguerite Barrett (born 1936), and then he married Eileen Constance (Tasker) Benning (1908-1987) on July 22nd 1948 in Kootenai County Idaho.

FORMER HAMILTON MAN DIES IN CALIFORNIA - Charles Henry Barrett, 43, better known to his Hamilton friends as "Heini," died at Capitola, Calif., Sunday. Funeral services will be Saturday at Marsh & Powell chapel in Missoula with Rev. E. Ray Cameron officiating. Burial will be in Missoula cemetery. Barret came to Hamilton about 20 years ago and was a butcher at Safeway and was at one time associated with Clarence Thill in a butcher shop of his own. He left here about six years ago. He was born June 6, 1906 in Wyoming, and was a member of the Seattle Elks and Eagles lodges. Surviving are his widow, Constance; son, Charles; daughter, Gail; parents, and several brothers and a sister. - Ravalli Republic Hamilton Montana Thursday January 19th 1950. Uncle Chuck was a carbon copy of his father it’s uncanny! And yes, a photo of my mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, all in one photo. AND the Lorraine apartments - old San Jose- which the Sunseri’s owned. So much history in one photo!
