We would love to have more family history. His parents were Edward J. Licha & Margaret (Heininger) Licha.

Lt. Col. Charles Andrew Licha was a man of integrity. He was dedicated to his family & country. With a good sense of humor, intelligence, talent, & creativity he left lasting impressions on his children that enriched their lives. He kept his wife, Shirley, challenged with the many moves & deployments inherent with a military career. He served in WWII (Navy) and in Korea & Viet Nam (Army) as a pilot. His premature death at age 47 was heart-rending - depriving him of growing old & depriving us from the richness of his spirit. I miss you, Dad!
