Charles Allen Poe was born on August 17, 1949 in Jackson County, Missouri United States to Marguerite Alice Poe and James Clayton Poe. He married Linda Kay Poe and they later divorced. They had children Ronald Poe, Robert Poe, and Randi Hamilton. He also married Marcie Poe on June 3, 2000, and they were married until Charles' death on December 10, 2020. They had a child Carlos Poe.
