Introduction

First, he’s a great LAZY P with the P being side ways. That’s about when we meet as friends is when his HERTIAGE was running that farm EAST of town at the LAZY P. We had somehow managed to get introduced to one another by our friends ‘ we will call them the BOWMANS’ he had happened to be a friend of my friends brother. We were a MESS we dipped copenhagen and served one another with drinks, food, and several of my first of first things as a child to be apart of, surprised by, even irritated I’m sure was one of them. With that said we were playing chase in the house and he slipped a chipped his tooth in the coffee table. We didn’t have much else In commen till our high school years. We dated on and off I don’t think either of had a long term relationship for very long with anyone other than a few. However we had the friends indeed. I remember him by the library hanging out with all his BUDS and my locker being near the area so I could look if I wanted. But it was those tight jeans he wore with those ever so beautiful eyes that impressed me. Don’t know how he got in those things but he managed to have them on most of the time. Our next encounter would be college the year he graduated and till one year after that when on my birthday found out we were expecting. Oh the chills the fear the questions all In about 20 seconds through our minds. We took our vowels not the I O U ones but the kind that you ask the question and in return are married not to far off from that. March 11 1995 we were expecting our 1st born Sep. 28 1995. We stayed at college or I did for two and a half years trying to educate ourselves. We would then load up from FORT DAVIS ‘ THE PRUDE RANCH’ and head to Weatherford TX. Where I got to see him in a whole new light. He was still growing two years later and he had chicken legs to start with. I’m pretty sure though he stopped and came out as a 38 in length. My job was to take care of one kid then 2 kids and make sure they was supper on the table and clean clothes to wear OH and keep up with his racing life over at ALL PLACES. Manor Remington Retama Fredricksburg Lonestar Fair Meadows Blue Ribbon and maybe a few I don’t remember but that is the top of all that me and the kids attended anyways. Addison our first about to start kindergarten and his LAZY I brother who copied everything he saw were about to move out of state. Oklahoma bound we added to the HERITAGE 2 more times with Alton and Anson. We fought like cats and dogs around one another so it was best that the racing was taking place and didn’t leave much other time but for work. We went thru the BIG D AND I DONT MEAN DALLAS around 2010 -2011, I had 3 of the kids he had 1 I moved to Texas he stayed in OK. I’m not going to bore you with the OL PITY PARTY DEAL. I SWEAR!! I remember Brandon having the biggest TEETH AND LING CHICKEN LEGS OF ANYONE. He had blonde hair and wore the BIGGEST MOST DELIGHTFUL SMILE on his face. He didn’t know a stranger we took our 10 anniversary and walking the beach one night ran across people anything but English and he still ended up talking to them. Amazing right? Well his job consisted a lot of interaction with him being the trainer to and having to talk to the owners about their horses. I mainly just liked the horses name! Funny huh went to college to learn then married 20 something years to him and his job and barely know how to put the halter on. Kids loved the farm life, if we weren’t going to their activities like football, baseball, soccer, and rodoing we would be at the races watching him gradually climb the scale and not only became the Leading Paint trainer but had several horses that made him or that he made. Brandon was handed a horse for training about like if I understand correctly K.C. Karden the horse was a trade of some kind of another for some other horse a little cash and a check but much different you would have to have him tell that story. He trained Got A Grip making 16 wins in a role and inducted into the HORSE HALL A FAME AT REMINGTON and they several magazines. We some how still have our differences and still fight, we don’t spend all that much time around one another but somehow with GODS GRACE WE EXPECT TO SEE EACH OTHER FOR OURSELVES TO KNOW WERE ALRIGHT TO OUR KIDS NEEDING VALIDATION. I can’t name all his friends or all the things that keep his mind busy and although I may be his worst enemy HES JUST SPECIAL. I guess effort goes along ways.
