Bessie Jo Ann (Hill) Schultze was born on December 3, 1929 in Altoona, Pennsylvania United States to Nora Bell Schrecengost and John Ansley Hill Sr., and had siblings Nora Lee (Hill) Estep, John Ansley (Hill) Jr., and Nancy Louise (Hill) Piecre. She married William Schultz on June 9, 1950, and had children Marilyn Joann (Schultz) Panchick, David William Schultz, and Richard Douglas Schultz. Bessie Schultze died at age 64 years old in 1993 in Armstrong County, and was buried circa 1993 at Lawn Haven Burial Estates 1290 Butler Road, in Worthington.
