Avice Joyce (Denby) Hanna 1881 - 1967

Avice Joyce (Denby) Hanna of Los Angeles, California United States was born on July 6, 1881 in Walnut Grove, Greene County, MO to Thomas B S Denby and Esther Missouri (McMaster) Denby. Avice Hanna had siblings Denzil D Denby, June Denby, Claude Denby, Daisy (Denby) Faucit, Maude (Denby) Bennit, Henry S Denby, Jessie Virginia (Denby) Champlin, and Glen McMaster Denby. She married William J Hanna on August 13, 1907, and they were married until William's death on September 24, 1949. They had children Constance L (Hanna) McKelvey, William Denby Hanna, Norma L (Hanna) Williams, Marion L (Hanna) Stevens, Evelyn L (Hanna ) Douglass, and Jessie L (Hanna) Townley. She would also marry Ambrose E Barnes on June 6, 1951, and they were married until Avice's death in July 1967.
