He married Lora Frances (Simmons) Bush, and had children Catherine Louisa Bush, Gathel Josephine (Bush) Tewart, Gusta Lorriane Bush, Jessie Marie Bush, Wayne Authur Bush, Ward Lee Bush, and Theda Lou (Bush). Arthur Bush died at age 80 years old circa March 1956 in Grantsburg, and was buried on June 22, 1956 in Vienna.
