Arra Bell Baker Horner, born June 26, 1956, Washington Co., PA, daughter of Edward Perrin Baker and Elizabeth Essick. Arra Bell married Obediah Marshall Horner of Brooke Co., WV about 1880 and with him lived most of her life near Claysville, Washington Co., PA. They had 4 children, their only son, my grandfather, Melvin Edward Horner. She is buried along with her husband and two daughters and son Melvin in the Claysville Cemetery, Claysville, Washington County, PA.
