She was married to Ambrose Barrett Rowe in 1882, and had children Ambrose James William Rowe, Ellison Sarah (Rowe) Walker, Thomas Benjamin Rowe, Elizabeth May Rowe Livingstone, Garnet Oscar Rowe, Elsie Rowe, Ada Eliza Rowe, Clarence Delgan Rowe, Annie Cecelia Rowe, and Elsby Clarent Rowe. Annie Rowe died at age 85 years old on October 8, 1948 in Maryborough.
