Annie Maria (Manuel) Morton was born in 1856 to Freeman Manuel and Susannah (Duncalf) Manuel, and had siblings Susannah Ann (Manuel) McCalman, Alice Manuel, Amy (Manuel) Lancashire, Florance (Manuel) Stevens, and Catherine Ettie (Manuel) Graf. She married Robert George Morton, and had children Hilda Ruby (Morton) Pinney, Gertrude Morton, George Morton, Annie (Morton) Rowlands, Edgar Morton, Frank Morton, and Albert Morton. Annie Morton died at age 83 years old on September 16, 1940 in St Kilda, Port Phillip City County, VIC Australia, and was buried at Melbourne General Cemetery College Cres, in Parkville, Melbourne City County.
