Annemarie Eleanor (Prelle) Harding was born on September 9, 1961 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania United States to John Edward Prelle and Patricia Marie Prelle, and has siblings John Edward Prelle Jr., Patricia Marie Hite, Lawrence John Prelle, Kathleen Claire Russell, and Christopher John Prelle. She married Melvin Owen Harding Jr. in 1981 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, and they were married until Melvin's death on November 5, 2017 at Jefferson Frankford Hospital 4900 Frankford Avenue, in Philadelphia. Annemarie Harding has children Jacqueline Anne Pickard, Kandace Diana Blackwood, and Michael Joseph Harding.
