I believe this is the same lady that sold me my first home, a condo in 1984 for $22,000. The condo was a place for me to retreat to after my divorce, pregnant with my daughter, and with my one year old son. After the condo was paid off, I was able to put myself through college, and then both of my kids. The condo also gave me income monthly for the last 35 years, down payment on a house, and giving my children and me a better life. Today, I will be listing it for sale in this hot real-estate market for my retirement. I am sorry that I wasn't able to thank her sooner.
