Ann Marie Amo, was my Biological-Mother, and I am her oldest Son, Christopher James Grabowski. She was born under the name, Ann Marie Clelland, and she grew-up in, Southwick, Mass. and her Father's name was, James Picken Clelland. Her Father served in World War II as a Chief Electricians Mate (E-7) and was a Labor Union Electrician through the IBEW Local # 7, Springfield, Mass. My Mother and my Father divorced when I was only 3 yrs. old. Mom had another Son, West Lee Amo, on May 24th, 1980. She was a very warm-hearted and very affectionate woman, and she was very good at telling funny stories. She was the type of human being that would HELP anyone IF she could. She moved to, Ventura, CA. when I was 10 yrs. old in 1976. I visited her as a teenager in California, at the ages of 12, 13, and 14. My 3rd visit in 1980 at age 14 was the most memorable, because she had a nice apartment 5 minutes from the beach, and my Brother, West, had just been born 2 months earlier. So I got to SEE my little baby-brother for an entire month. I absolutely Loved, Ventura, CA. and I have Not SEEN my Brother, West, face-to-face since he was 9 yrs. old. We were writing to each other considerably in 2003 & 2004, and then He just stopped communicating. I will NEVER forget the time-period when Mom died, and I was told all the details how she died and it was very heart-breaking & sad, and I was dirt-poor and in the middle of working my way through College, and I could Not afford to fly-out to witness the burial of her cremated ashes. I do Not even know WHERE her ashes are burried. IF anyone can tell me, please E-mail me at [contact link] I Honestly & Sincerely LOVED My Mother, Ann Marie Amo. I wish I could have done more for her financially, but I was dirt-poor and struggling myself.
