Ann Louise (Heuitt) Webster of Conroe, TX was born on February 2, 1978 in Houston, Harris County to Kenneth Ray Heuitt and Nancy Ann (Robertson) Heuitt. Ann Webster has a brother Brian Alexander Heuitt. She married Kirk R. Whitney on May 10, 1999 and they later divorced in January 2003. They had a child Alexus D. Whitney. She also married Darrell L. Webster on May 27, 2007. They had children Darius J. Webster and Aubree N. Webster.

In 1978, in the year that Ann L. Webster was born, on November 18th, Jim Jones's Peoples Temple followers committed mass suicide in Jonestown, Guyana - where they had moved, from San Francisco, as a group. Jones was the leader of the cult and ordered his followers to drink cyanide-laced punch, which they did. Whole families (women and children included) died - more than 900 people in all.
