Anamae DiLeo,died on October 15,2011,aged 81,of Riverton. She was born in Philadelphia and lived in Riverton,Palmyra and Cinnaminson for many years. She is survived by loving husband of 61 years Rocco DiLeo. Her loving children Michael (Patti) DiLeo,Roxane (Elmer) Adams,Mark (Paula) DiLeo. Her devoted grandchildren,Carly & Kyle DiLeo,Ashley & Kelly Adams,Matthew & Nicholas DiLeo. Relatives and friends are invited to visit Thursday from 9:00 to 10:30 A.M. at the Weber Funeral Home,112 Broad Street (River Road),Riverton and to attend her Lithurgy of Christian Burial Thursday 11:00 A.M. at Sacred Heart Church,4th Street & Linden Avenue,Riverton,NJ followed by her burial in Lakeview Memorial Park. In 1930, in the year that Anamae Josephine DiLeo was born, on August 6th, N.Y. Supreme Court Judge Joseph Crater went through papers in his office, destroyed some of them, withdrew all his money from the bank - $5,150, sold his stock, met friends at a restaurant for dinner and disappeared after getting into a taxi (or walking down the street - his friends' testimony later changed). His disappearance was reported to the police on September 3rd - almost a month later. His wife didn't know what happened, his fellow Justices had no idea, and his mistresses (he had several) said that they didn't know. While his disappearance was front page news, his fate was never discovered and after 40 years the case was closed, still without knowing if Crater was dead or alive.

In 1940, at the age of only 10 years old, Anamae was alive when in July, Billboard published its first Music Popularity Chart. Top recordings of the year were Tommy Dorsey's "I'll Never Smile Again" (vocal Frank Sinatra) - 12 weeks at the top, Bing Crosby's "Only Forever" - 9 weeks at the top, and Artie Shaw's "Frenesi" - 12 weeks at the top.
