Alswitha Mary (Phillips) Osborn of Sy Hills Australia was born in 1857 in Melbourne to Philip William Phillips and Julia Bevan Phillips. She had siblings Louisa Phillips and Philip Sydney Phillips. She married Joseph Osborn in 1876, and had children Julian Osborn and Rose Osborn. Alswitha Osborn died at age 85 years old in 1942 in Sy Hills.
