He had children Robert Archie Parmer, Zelma (Parmer) Edwards, Allen Hazard Parmer, Sarah Susie Katie Parmer, and Feta Anne (Parmer) Rose. Allen Parmer died at age 79 years old on October 25, 1927 in Wichita Falls, Wichita County, TX.
