He had siblings Ethel Gerrard Moore, Florence Barron Moore, Reginald James Moore, John Norman Moore, Eva Margaret Moore, and Lesley Cuthbert Moore. Allan Moore married Grace Wathen in 1929, and died at age 77 years old on October 11, 1974 in Tylden.
