She had siblings Edwin Warren Greenhill, Alfred Ernest Greenhill, Alfred Ernest Greenhill, Eleanor Beatrice (Greenhill) Bailey, Matilda Jane Greenhill, Thomas Greenhill, Vincent George Greenhill, and Edgar William Greenhill. She married Arthur Gregory Kay in 1894, and had children Alfred Thomas Gregory Kay and Alice Malda Kay. Alice Kay died at age 83 years old on June 26, 1954 in Healesville, Yarra Ranges Shire County.
