    Horsham Times, 1 August 1952. FALCONER : Mrs. Alice Heath Falconer, of Langkoop, died at Ballarat last Saturday at the age of 89. She was born at Melbourne and was married at Prahran to Mr. John James Falconer, who predeceased her more than 40 years ago. Mrs. Falconer went to live at Langkoop with her son who bought land there when the first soldiers settlement opened. Three children survive her, they are Agnes ( Mrs. Williams, Kew ), James ( Langkoop ) and Francis Bailey ( Mentone ).

He was supposedly the only person who used touch typing and is believed to have invented the method. Touch typing is ubiquitous now - but Frank's win is what convinced everyone that the method was good!
