What I know about Clarence Parks of Bay County, MI: Clarence Parks of Bay County, MI was born to George H. and wife Matilda (Manor) Parks. They were married in 1902. They divorced in 7 Aug. 1924. The divorce decree is online. They had 7 children:

It is relatively unknown what happened to any of them after 1924. With the exception of Arthur Parks. He retired to West Palm Beach, FL, and died approximately 1978-85. We do know that Matilda Manor came from a very long line of French Canadians who settled in Canada and did trade in the US via Michigan for over a hundred years before the Parks' arrived in Bay City. She is buried in the extensive family plot in Bay County.
As for Clarence, the youngest boy of the family, I am still seeking information and continuing to research what happened to him.
