Alfred Loch Missen of Gipp Australia was born in 1883 to Ellen Missen (Wright). He had siblings Albert Thomas Missen, Edward Herbert Hector Missen, Ada Josephine Missen, and Albert Joseph James Missen. He married Adelaide Valentine ( Wills) Missen, and had children Alma Laura ( Missen) Mattern and Morris Alan Missen. Alfred Missen died at age 71 years old in 1954 at Sale Hospital, in Sale, VIC.
