Alexander Nesbit Beatty
Alexander Nesbit Beatty was born in Pennsylvania, and died Apr 12, 1878 in Fayette County, Ohio at 81. He married Margaret Crawford Ewing in Lancaster, Fairfield County, OH on Aug 26, 1824. She died in 1856, and he remarried Mary Jane Lyle in 1858. He was a farmer and an Abolitionist, and participated in operating the underground railway. He and Margaret had nine children.
Date & Place: at Perry Township in Fayette County, Ohio USA
