Alexander Mitchel Muir of VIC Australia was born in 1864 to George Menzies Muir and Jane Mitchell Muir. He had siblings Matilda Mitchell Muir, Catherine Muir Carne, Mary Ann Carne (Muir), Emma Elizabeth Muir, James Mitchel Muir, Quintin Muir, and Alice Mary (Muir) Beckwith. Alexander Muir died at age 15 years old on December 6, 1880 at Yarra River.
