Laura Foster?, Albert Sheeks, & ?

I am not sure of the identities of the two women. I think the one on the left could be Mrs. Homer (Laura Sheeks) Foster who may have been visiting from Stuggart, Arkansas. Can anyone positively identify either of them?

Thelma Sheeks With Her Father, Albert W. Sheeks

Thelma sent this picture postcard, dated Jan 18, 1912, from Shoals, Indiana to [John] Edwin Carr at the Indiana State School for the Deaf. She wrote: "Dear Cousin, I send you a picture of Papa and I taken at Lizzie Kilburn's. We were up at Indianapolis about 9 weeks ago. We didn't have time to come see you. Thelma Sheeks." Less than a year and a half later (20 June 1913), she had died from heart problems.
