Albert John Rowe of Footscray, City of Maribyrnong County, VIC Australia was born in 1888 in Ballarat, City of Ballarat County to John Rowe and Laura Mary Twiss. He had siblings Violet Laura Jane Rowe, William Arthur Rowe, Myrtle Ellen Rowe, John Rowe, Elizabeth Maude Rowe, Harold Ernest Rowe, and Laura Annie Rowe. He married Ada Muriel Pinney in 1915, and had children Edna Muriel Row and Dothy Hilda Rowe. Albert Rowe died at age 72 years old on August 18, 1961 in Footscray, City of Maribyrnong County.
