    Coleen F. Mason CHARLESTON - Coleen Formyduval Mason, 68, formerly of Myrtle Beach, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1998, at home. She was born in Columbus County, N.C., a daughter of the late Willie and Ora Evans Formyduval. She was the widow of Harry E. Mason. Survivors include a daughter, Dorinda Andrews of Goose Creek; a son, Jay Mason of North Charleston; a sister, Thela Hooks of Monroe, N.C.; six brothers, Mort Formyduval of Ash, N.C., Guy Formyduval, Foy Formyduval, Lyle Formyduval, Wynn Formyduval and Glean Formyduval, all of Nakina, N.C.; and three grandchildren. Visitation will be from 7-9 tonight at Inman Funeral Home of Tabor City, N.C. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Palmyra Baptist Church. Burial will be in Formyduval Family Cemetery in Nakina. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation, Hollings Cancer Center, P.O. Box 250955 Charleston 29425. - Sun-News Saturday November 21st 1998.
